Health Care Professionals

Health professionals can get involved with CARE as a program speaker. We are always looking for interested and experienced speakers, particularly oncologists, to address cancer related topics. We are especially interested in recruiting qualified speakers who can address these topics in Spanish and/or Cantonese. Medical students can get involved with CARE as co-facilitators for our English or Spanish education groups. Other volunteers can help us with special activities, group excursions, and public events.

Your contributions of time, expertise, and donations allow CARE to deliver high quality, language-specific cancer education and community building opportunities for San Francisco General Hospital’s vibrant and diverse cancer patients.
